Tujuan Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Sumbergempol Tulungagung bulan NopemberDesember 2019. Metode Jenis penelitian analitik komparatif, rancangan penelitian True Eksperimental Design dengan model one group pre test - post test desain. Populasi penelitian semua ibu post partum primipara. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sample sejumlah 18 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed rank dan one way anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu post partum dimana nilai p = 0,000 dimana p < α (0,05). Kesimpulan Perawatan payudara dapat merangsang kelenjar air susu sehingga produksi ASI akan semakin lancar. dengan melakukan pijat oksitosin maka reflek oksitosin akan semakin meningkat dan akan bekerja sama dengan reflek prolaktin dalam pembentukan ASI yang cukup. Saran Ibu post partum primipara diharapkan lebih aktif mencari informasi atau bertanya kepada tenaga kesehatan tentang produksi ASI dan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan produksi ASI serta solusi yang harus dilakukan seperti perawatan payudara dan pijat oksitosin, sehingga ibu post partum primipara dan masyarakat dapat melakukan antisipasi apabila terjadi kesulitan dalam proses menyusui. The research objective was to identify the effect of mentor preceptor training by clinical instructors on student satisfaction in guiding clinical practice in Midwifery Study Program, University of Tulungagung. Analytical observational research design with the cross-sectional approach. The population of all students of the D3 Midwifery Study Program at the University of Tulungagung has already implemented midwifery clinical practice. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique as many as 62 students. research instrument are questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 32 student (51.6%) were guided by CI who had attended preceptor mentor training by clinical instructors; most of the respondents, namely 46 students (74.2%), said they were satisfied with CI in guiding Clinical practice at the D3 Midwifery Study Program. Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value 0.000 <0.05 it’s means that there is an effect of mentor preceptor training by clinical instructors on student satisfaction in guiding clinical practice in D3 Midwifery Study Program, University of Tulungagung. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the role of midwives in preventing Covid-19 and maternal anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic at PMB Johana Widijati, Sidorejo Village, Kauman Tulungagung. The research was conducted at PMB Johana Widijati, Sidorejo Village, Kauman Tulungagung in December 2020. The analytical research design was correlational with a cross sectional approach. The study population was all mothers who did the examination at PMB Johana Widijati Sidorejo Village, Kauman Tulungagung. The purposive sampling technique consisted of 37 people. Data analysis used Spearman rho test. Most of the respondents, namely 27 respondents (73%) stated that midwives played a role in preventing Covid-19, most of the respondents, namely 17 respondents (45.9%) did not experience anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic and there were a small number of respondents, namely a number 5 respondents (13.5%) experienced moderate anxiety. Variabel pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang keluhan fisiologis, variabel tentang keteraturan pemeriksaan ANC pada ibu hamil. Pengujian statistik berdasarkan hubungan dan skala data yaitu ordinal dan nominal maka digunakan tehnik pengujian Chi Square.Hasil pengujian statistik chi square didapatkan nilai ρ value 0,007 lebih kecil dari nilai α 0,05 (0,007 < 0,05), berarti ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang keluhan fisiologis dengan keteraturan pemeriksaan ANC. There are 103 million cases of Covid-19 in the world, with 57.3 million patients are recovered and 2.24 million patients are died. Meanwhile, Indonesia has reported 1,099,687 cases, the highest in Southeast Asia, ahead of the Philippines. In this study, we focused directly on empirical studies and related keywords on the impact of COVID-19 on pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women have a higher risk of acquiring respiratory viral infections and severe pneumonia due to physiological changes in the immune and pulmonary systems. The effects of covid-19 on pregnancy and labor were studied and obtained contrary result, obtaining that it has no effect on the occurrence of miscarriages in the early first trimester, pregnant women are not at a higher risk of getting COVID-19 or suffering from more severe diseases than other adults, and no evidence on the ability of virus to be transmitted to the fetus during pregnancy or delivery. In addition, infants and young children are also known to have only mild forms of COVID-19. Meanwhile, other research obtained pro-results; including increased risk of obesity in early pregnancy, increased risk of membranes premature rupture by 11% and fetal distress by 14%, increased cases of delayed presentation of patients with ectopic pregnancy which causes increased morbidity and mortality. Furthermore, it also causes increased occurrence of hypercoagulability, increased maternal mortality with caesarean section by 58.3%, increased maternal mortality by vaginal delivery by 25% and premature infant mortality by 16.7%, perinatal mortality and morbidity, high risk of experiencing preeclampsia/eclampsia especially nullipara, severe infection. In addition, studies also discovered that covid19 infection also increased the tendency of admission to intensive care unit, premature birth, risk of severe maternal complications, neonatal complications, miscarriage, stillbirth, fetal growth restriction, FIRS, neurosensory, developmental delay, and mental health improvement in pregnant women. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang jamu tradisional bisa menyebabkan salah persepsi, sehingga masyarakat mempunyai anggapan bahwa penggunaan tanaman obat lebih aman dibandingkan obat sintesis (Utami, 2008). Desain penelitian deskriptif dengan variabel tunggal: tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang konsumsi jamu tradisional selama kehamilan. Sampel penelitian semua ibu hamil sejumlah 40 orang dengan tehnik sampling jenuh dengan analisa data dengan teknik diskriptif. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan pada tingkat tahu 30 responden (75%) punya pengetahuan dengan kriteria baik. Pada tingkat paham 21 responden (52,5%) mempunyai pengetahuan dengan kriteria kurang dan pada tingkat aplikasi, 31 responden (77,5%) mempunyai pengetahuan dengan kriteria kurang dan 22 responden (55%) mempunyai pengetahuan cukup tentang konsumsi jamu tradisional selama kehamilan. Hasil penelitian mencakup pengetahuan pada tingkat tahu, paham dan aplikasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa pendidikan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan. Rendahnya pendidikan sangat berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan informasi dan daya serap informasi yang masuk apalagi informasi yang didapat bersifat baru perihal konsumsi minum jamu selama kehamilan. WHO melaporkan tahun 2005 ibu hamil mengalami anemia sebanyak 52 % (WHO, 2005). Anemia pada kehamilan di Indonesia sendiri juga menunjukkan angka 37,1 (Balitbangkes, 2013). Gizi kurang dan kurangnya perhatian pola makan pada ibu hamil menjadi penyebab anemia devisiensi besi di Indonesia (Saifuddin, 2006). Tujuan penelitian mengetahui status gizi ibu hamil dengan anemia. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan Populasi seluruh ibu hamil sebanyak 42 orang dengan tehnik total sampling. Analisis univariat berupa presentasi dan Analisa bivariat dengan chi square. Hasil penelitian status gizi tidak normal (61,90%), kejadian anemia (52,38%). Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi ibu hamil dengan anemia dengan nilai p = 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai 05 ,0 . Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi ibu hamil dengan anemia. Untuk meningkatkan status gizi pada ibu hamil, upaya yang perlu dilakukan dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi tentang kebutuhan nutrisi selama kehamilan.
