However, while workingoverseas, these migrant workers file for divorce against their husbands, citing various reasons.This study aims to answer the question of why female migrantworkers file for divorce claims at the Religious Courts of ex-Kediri Residency.The research method employed is qualitative research with a socio-legal, conceptual, and philosophical approach. The results of this study indicate sixreasons for divorce claims among migrant workers at Religious Court ofKediri Residency. Firstly, economic issues play a significant role. Secondly, domestic violence within the marriage is a contributing factor. Thirdly, thirdparty interference from family members and friends is prevalent. Fourthly,misappropriation of funds for indulgent and lavish activities occurs. Fifthly, husbands exhibit irresponsibility or abandonment towards their wives. Lastly,some husbands display laziness and solely rely on their wives' monthly allowance. Wawancara yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah mereka memahami akan beban ganda yang harus dia lakukan dan bagaimana para perempuan mantan TKW ini dalam menerima beban ganda mereka. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah para perempuan mantan TKW ini di tengah pandemi mengalami permasalahan yang luar biasa. Kebanyakan mereka memilih hanya sebagai buruh sampingan yaitu “oncek “melinjo dengan alasan bisa dikerjakan dari rumah dengan tetap mengawasi anak mereka. Setiap anggota TNI yang melanggar baik disiplin maupun pidana ringan yang ancaman hukumannya kurang dari 3 bulan selalu melibatkan Polisi Militer dan tidak melanjutkan penyelesaiaannya di peradilan militer. Bentuk dari hukuman bervareasi yaitu 7 hari, 12 hari dan 21 hari yang akan ditempatkan di ruangan khusus atau sel. Semua bentuk pelanggaran disiplin yang akan memeriksanya terletak pada tugas dari Provos dan apabila Polisi Militer telah mengetahui ada anggota TNI yang melanggar disiplin, maka harus menyerahkan pada Provos pada kesatuan bertugas.
