Populasi seluruh Rumah tangga di Indonesia. Sampel menggunakan kerangka sampel Susenas pada bulan Maret 2018 dengan sampel 70.687 dari 36 Propinsi di Indonesia, pengumpulan data pada bulan Maret 2018 dan di analisis peneliti Desember 2020 . Sebagian besar ibu kunjungan K4 lengkap yaitu 61.230 (80,5%) dengan metode persalinan normal, dan metode persalinannya abnormal sebanyak 14.863 (19,5%). sebagian besar ibu melakukan kunjungan K4 tidak lengkap yaitu 4.498 (5,6%) dengan metode persalinan normal, kemudian kunjungan K4 tidak lengkap metode persalinannya abnormal sebanyak 57 (0,1%), ρ: 0,001 artinya ada hubungan antara kunjungan K4 Antenatal Care (ANC K4) dengan metode persalinan. Tujuan Penelitian Membuktikan budaya masyarakat yang merugikan kesehatan pada ibu nifas dan bayi. Metode yang digunakan metode survey kualitatif, Jenisnya semi kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional, Pendekatan waktu cross sectional, penelitiandilakukan tanggal 09- 29 September 2019, Populasi seluruh ibu nifas dan bayi dengan jumlah sampel 6 responden, data primer instrument yang di gunakan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil karakteristik umur responden sebagian besar adalah > 30 Tahun yaitu 4 responden (67%), untuk pekerjaan responden hampir seluruhnya yaitu sebagai ibu rumah tangga yaitu 5 responden ( 83%), dari segi pendidikan hampir seuruhnya adalah SD- SMA yaitu 5 responden (83%), sedangkan berdasarkan uturan anak yang di lahirkan sebagian besar adalah anak ke ≤ 2 (67%) dan karakteristik hari nifas ke adalah seluruhnya adalah nifas ≤ 7 hari (100%). Kesimpulan masih adanya ibu nifas yang menggunakan rebusan daun sirih untuk di gunakan cebok pada alat kelamin, memakai gurita atau stagen pada perutnya, ada yang meminum jamu tradisional untuk menghilangkan bau pada cairan yang dikeluarkan alat kelamin, dan juga mandi pagi tidak boleh terlalu siang karena dapat menimbulkan rabun. bayi masih di pakaikan gurita.
