Tujuan Penelitian adalah: (1) Ingin mengetahui identifikasi bahaya terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. (2) Ingin mengetahui analisis potensi bahaya terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. (3) Untuk mengetahui penilaian risiko dari Tingkat Risikonya (Level Risk) terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Metode penelitian , Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pada tahapan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Mengetahui urutan proses Uji yang ada pada pengujian kendaraan. (2) Mengidentifikasi adanya potensi bahaya pada proses pengujian kendaraan dari Proses awal sampai proses akhir dengan mengamati adanya segala penyimpangan yang terjadi sehingga mampu menyebabkan kecelakaan dan konsekuensi kerja.
