Refocusing anggaran secara cepat/segera tentunya tidaklah mudah, diperlukan sosialisasi serta petunjuk pelaksanaan yang jelas dan tegas sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pertanggunjawaban pengelolaan keuangan pengelola Dana Desa. Hal ini merupakan tantangan tersendiri dalam akuntabilitas serta transparansi dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa.
