Menggunakan teknik kuesioner melalui google form dan observasi oleh pengguna aplikasi situs jual beli online shopee sebagai populasi dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden melalui metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi mempengaruhi minat beli pada pengguna aplikasi shopee. Terbukti adanya pengaruh signifikan antara penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi terhadap minat beli pengguna aplikasi shopee diketahui nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,138 yang berarti bahwa 13,8% variabel Y (minat beli) akan di pengaruhi oleh variabel X (penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi) dan 86,2% yang tersisa dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Berdasarkan Uji T (sendiri-sendiri) maka secara parsial variabel penggunaan aplikasi dan promosi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (Y). Berdasarkan Uji F (bersama-sama) maka secara simultan variabel promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (Y). Pengelolaan wisata ini berdasarkan konsep Sapta Pesona Pariwisata. Mempunyai delapan sentra bisnis berupa penjualan tiket, tiket jasa parkir, kios kuliner, kios oleh-oleh, penyewaan wahana permainan, penyewaan ban dan pelampung, penitipan jasa loker dan jasa angkutan wisata sehingga dapat dikatakan obyek wisata ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat serta membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi warga sekutar lokasi wisata.
